Our slimes are borax free! We make our slimes using washable glue, baking soda and diluted saline solution that is generally safe for children. We also use food coloring, glitter dust or polymer clay to make our slimes more attractive and inviting for play.
Making slime is one of the best science experiments for kids ages 3-9 and that is why we want to encourage the play of slime through our interesting workshop to educate children and parents how to create many art works using slime.
Making slime can be a little messy that’s why we try to minimize the mess with our ready-made slimes for play. Like most Asian mums, we hate cleaning up messy play so we paid special attention to the texture of our slimes and made them possibly mess-free! To clean off dried on slime, soften it with soap and warm water. For stubborn patches, use vinegar to dissolve the slime as you scrub with a brush.
Remember not to put clothing with slime stuck on it directly into the washing machine! You don’t want slime mixed with your other clothing or inside the washer.
Slime doesn’t go bad but you may want to throw it if it develops mold or dries out.
To keep our slime feeling fresh every day, wash your hands with soap before and after play, try not to play for long period or leave it in the open for more than 8 hours and store slime in our container.
We know that our slimes look and smell delicious but they are toys not food. That is why we state it very clearly on our product: Do not consume slime as it may cause choking hazard!
